the monster at the end of this book

I can honestly remember hating reading until I came across this book. It really is a great book, the style is a lot different to any other book I’ve read. It’s basically about Grover telling you how there’s a monster at the end of the book, and hes begging you not to keep turning the pages, cos hes scared of the monster. Everytime you turn the page Grover yells ‘WTF are you doing, I’m telling you theres a monster at the end!’. He starts building brick walls & using ropes to try and stop you from turning the pages, I thought it was hilarious that I would turn the page and Grover would be buried under a rubble of bricks. And lets face it, Grover is the coolest dude ever, I was a huge Sesame Street fan, and Grover is my favorite character.

I was babysitting my neighbors kid a couple weeks ago and i saw he had ‘the monster at the end of this book’ so i read it to him I can do a pretty good Grover impersonation I have to say. the kid loved it, and now he comes up to me & puts the book in my lap for me to read it to him.
